About this Event

Human beings are not meant to be in constant fight or flight mode. Chronic stress takes a devastating toll on our mental and physical well-being. If you are exhausted, stressed out, burnt out, or just looking to relax and nourish your mind, body, and spirit, please join me for an hour of gentle yoga.

My mission is to make yoga accessible and inclusive for everyone, regardless of race/ethnicity, age, gender, sexual orientation, income level, body size, or disability status. The primary goal of the class is to help you find a small bit of a peace and relaxation during a scary and stressful time.

***PLEASE READ***:

All classes are taught via Zoom from Los Angeles, California (PDT).

You will receive a Zoom link approximately 30 minutes before class begins. Please check your spam/promotions folder.

Classes consistently "sell out." If you register for a class and then realize that you can't make it, please make sure to cancel your order as soon as possible so that someone else can take your spot. Registration closes one hour before class begins.
