About this event
4-5:15pm Gentle yoga class will incorporate breath work, movement, and deep relaxation. Classes are accessible to all bodies and all levels. Karena creates a welcoming, warm, and fun environment where you can let go, de-stress and connect with community.
Option to stay for tea and a song circle, open mic style, following class from 5:30-6:30. You are welcome to bring a song to share, and/or sing a long!
Bring instruments and song ideas. Karena will lead the circle, share songs, and invite anyone to share music, song ideas/ requests, or to simply play and/or sing a long!
