Do you ever feel a bit scattered or stressed? Or perhaps really want to hit the pause button and catch your breath?
Join us for a restorative morning of slow and mindful movement combined with a long, deep guided meditation informed by iRest® yoga nidra.
Yoga nidra is mind-body training to promote healing and resiliency. Benefits include reduced PTSD, insomnia, anxiety, chronic pain, depression and chemical dependency. It's deeply restorative and beneficial to anyone looking for a practice to foster calm and relaxation.
Open to all--if you're curious about meditation, yoga nidra or just want to ground and settle, you're welcome!
What to bring: if you have a mat and blanket please bring it along. We will have some mats and blankets to share too.
