Kenny Neal is an acclaimed multi-instrumentalist and is widely renowned as a modern swamp-blues master. His new release, Hooked On Your Love, follows the triumph of his multi-award winning 2008-comeback album, Let Life Flow. An outstanding success, the CD raked in the accolades: three prestigious Album Of The Year awards, two Song of The Year awards for the title track, and Kenny himself garnered two Artist of the Year honors. Grady Champion, Mississippi-based entertainer/musician has been captivating audiences for the better part of two decades. The singer/harp player/guitarist/songwriter/producer, in 2013, signed to Malaco Records (headquartered in nearby Jackson, MS) and his first full-length release with the legendary blues label was released the following year. Bootleg Whiskey, named for the George Jackson song that is one of the album’s highlights, establishes Champion as a torch carrier for authentic Mississippi blues.

The Buddy Emmer’s Band will open the Show. The Buddy Emmer Blues Band has been a long time favorite for the past fifteen years on the West Coast and Northern Nevada circuit. A versatile party blues band whose musical style includes every form of blues from the 1930's up to modern blue’s, this rockin blues band will be sure to please any age group at any venue. And with this much talent at the festival, I wonder who might join him?

Plan on enjoying oak wood BBQ spare ribs dinners and tri-tip sandwiches with your favorite libation. Low back folding chairs and blankets are welcome. No coolers please. This is an all ages’ show.
