This year's Winter Wod Fest will come with some special attention focused on Athlete Performance and Recovery. In the loft at CF Eminence we will be set up with a V.I.P. Athlete Lounge. The lounge will consist of 5 Normatec leg compression systems and 1 full body system. Suggested use of Normatec is 15 min sessions "Before and After" training regimen.
