Julie is a seasoned executive with 27 years of industry experience spanning brand and shopper marketing, sales, multi-unit operations, large organization and P&L leadership. She has spent 14 years living in Northwest Arkansas, working in partnership with Walmart and Sam’s Club.

A visionary, strategic and inspirational leader, Julie has demonstrated the ability to unlock topline growth of mature but underperforming businesses in both product and service sectors. She develops high-performance organizations and transforms operating cultures for sustainable results. When faced with adversity, Julie is tenacious in her pursuit of win-win solutions. Prior to starting her own strategic consulting firm and joining The Mom Complex, Julie was CEO of the experiential marketing agency, Shopper Events, and spent 24 years at Procter & Gamble.
