Join us for lunch on Friday, September 19, from 11:00 - 1:00 pm at Cornerstone Center for the Arts.
Muncie. A city working on itself. Local government, economic development groups and nonprofit service providers are continually implementing programs to better our community. It's a complicated patchwork of goals, plans and actions. How do we make sense of it all? More importantly, how do, we, as young professionals - Generation Y - fit into the big picture of community development?
Get answers to these questions and more at this upcoming event. Jud Fisher, President and CEO of the Ball Brothers Foundation, Kelly Shrock, President of the Community Foundation of Muncie & Delaware County and representative of the Muncie Action Plan, and keynote speaker Mayor Dennis Tyler will tell us about initiatives that matter to you. Following these presentations our speakers will form a panel and be available to answer questions.
Do you want to know what's going on in your community? Do you want to learn how you can play a role in Muncie's success? This is your chance.
To those of you who think you can't make a difference ... why not? Join us!
This event is sponsored by Ball State University.
