The Framework is primarily for civil engineering, highways and transportation infrastructure development related construction work packages. The Framework consists of four Lots, which are:

Lot 1 (Gen5-1): Works with a maximum value of £250,000
Lot 2 (Gen5-2): Works with a maximum value of £5,000,000
Lot 3 (Gen5-3): Works with a value between £3,000,000 and £20,000,000
Lot 4 (Gen5-4): Works with a value between £15,000,000 and £150,000,000

The Framework will be available to Participating Authorities, who can call-off from the Framework and will manage the individual call-off contracts. The Framework Agreement will be managed by Hampshire County Council through a dedicated team for day-to-day operations to ensure consistency and facilitate the sharing of best practice.

This event will provide potential tenderers on the Gen5 Framework and will give them the opportunity to ask questions and find out whether the Framework is right for them. There will also be market research questionnaires issued after the event for suppliers to complete.

On the day of the event, please enter EII Court from the main entrance to Hampshire County Council's offices from Sussex Street, Winchester. The building is a short distance away from Winchester rail station and the park and ride bus stop.
