Join presenter Amanda Erickson, Director of Education & Outreach at the Kaleidoscope Youth Center, for an introduction to gender, sexuality, and LGBTQIA+ identities.
This workshop is intended for service providers and first responders, but all those who are interested are welcome to attend.
There is a possibility that CEUs may be available for this event. Please bring your license information with you to complete the necessary paperwork.
Participant-Centered Learning Objectives:
By the end of the session, participants will be able to:
- Define gender identity, gender expression, and sexual orientation.
- Name the identities included in LGBTQIAP+.
- Introduce themselves using their pronouns.
