Event description
There’s an old saying “If you want to know if you are a leader, look behind you and if others are following you – you’re a leader!”

About this event

**For young women ages 17-23**

There’s an old saying “If you want to know if you are a leader, look behind you and if others are following you – you’re a leader!” Leadership is a little more complex than that so if you want to know more about being a leader – we can help! 2911 is honored and excited to sponsor Gen Z Leaders. With the Frederick County Community Bridge as our backdrop, you will be part of an interactive discovery and discussion on leadership topics such as:

• What is leadership in today’s environment?

• What separates good leaders from excellent leaders?

• What are the different styles of leadership? What is your style?

• What can we learn about leadership from the history of the Community Bridge?

Please join us on June 29, 2021 from 6:30pm – 8:30pm at the Federated Charities building. We will walk to the Community Bridge and then return to the Federated Charities building for discussion. Please register by June 25. Cost is $10 (includes a light meal and workshop materials). We do have scholarships available if you cannot attend due to financial reasons - please contact us at group2911@aol.com. More details about the event will be provided once you have registered.

Come join us for a fun and educational evening at the Community Bridge! And bring a friend!
