Description
St. Peter's Episcopal Church's Social Justice Team is partnering with Novant Health for a Gen Silent screening on March 26, 2019 6 p.m- 8:30 p.m., located in the Parish Hall. LGBT seniors who fought the earliest battle's for equality now face so much fear about discrimination or worse in health care/long term care that they hide their past lives, are afraid to ask for help, and die earlier. The film follows six LGBT seniors and their long-term healthcare decisions and a small group of professionals trying to make positive change. After the film a brief conversation will be facilitated with a panel of special guests.

Light refreshments will be available at 6 p.m. before the screening at 6:20 p.m.
Parking available across the street at Transamerica Building Parking Garage. Parking tickets will be validated at the front desk of St. Peter's Episcopal.
