About this event

Eat your Daal and you will get strong! That's what my vegetarian upbringing taught me. Lentils is our go to source of protein. In India you have a daal with every meal in addition to green vegetables . Sounds boring but that not at all true. There are enough legumes and lentils that you never have to repeat a single one through the week, but then of course all of us have a favorite that we could really have every day.

Sign up for this class and you will be sent a cooking video link, recipes and supplies list to make these recipes in the comfort of your kitchen and at your own time. Successful results: taste and texture guaranteed!
