GEM Wellbeing in Museums Study Day
Fri, April 28, 2017, 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM BST
Health and Wellbeing in museums is becoming increasingly more important as institutions look to be accessible to a more diverse audience as well as contributing to the health of society as a whole. A growing body of evidence shows that museums can bring benefits to individual and community health and wellbeing in their role as public forums for debate and learning. This study day aims to explore the ways in which institutions are already working with best practice in contributing towards community wellbeing and how we can develop our own activities and partnerships.
