Learn to make Gelato and Sorbets from Chef Tim Brown, Culinary Instructor at Johnson & Wales and a member of the 2016 US Gelato team. We will make a variety of flavors and go over the proper technique to make the very best gelato and sorbets.
You will learn all the essentials to make these desserts for your friends and family. This will include recipes, techniques and each person will take home a ballotin of confections from the class.
We will provide beverages and light finger foods for your enjoyment while in attendance.

All tools, equipment and ingredients will be provided for each participant.
Participants must be at least 18 years of age (unless accompanied and supervised by parent or legal guardian)
