Overview


Are you confident that your marketing falls within the data protection regulations?

This session will discuss the guidelines and rules around marketing. We will remove several myths around marketing and look at how you can ensure your marketing is legally compliant.


Course Content

This course will:

  • Discuss the legal basis for marketing
  • Look at the guidelines and potential pitfalls of different marketing channels
  • Explore a range of scenario’s and whether they are lawful
  • Develop an understanding of the types of behavior GDPR is trying to discourage

Have the confidence to undertake business marketing and remain within the GDPR requirements.
