The Graphic Communications Scholarship Foundation (GCSF) is excited to present the first course in its 2023 online Educational Series:

Adobe Print and Productivity Tips for 2023: What Every Designer Needs to Know!

There are BIG changes in 2023 to the Adobe workflow. This course will get you up-to- date, and technically prepared to be creative and productive!

Renowned industry expert, Amybeth Menendez, will be teaching the course. She is an Adobe Certified Instructor in Color Management and Assistant Manager of Print Workflow at Macmillan Publishing. Amybeth serves as a board member at GCSF as well as at the Advertising Production Club of NY (APC-NYC).

Amybeth will showcase some of her favorite Adobe application updates released with Creative Cloud 2023. You will learn how to incorporate and use these tools to increase your productivity into your design and print projects!

This course reviews CRITICAL information concerning the Adobe / Pantone end of partnership, and what that means for working with Pantone color libraries inside your Adobe applications. Adobe also disabled support for authoring with Type 1 fonts in January 2023. How does this affect you as a designer? Tune in to find out!

Participants who attend all three classes will receive a certificate. Three student participants will receive a complimentary Color Management Professional Course from the Printing United Alliance.(One per class)

Most recently, he has worked as a Finisher in the Hollywood industry, creating film and TV posters for HBO, HULU, Netflix, and CBS. He will be sharing some special sneak peeks and Printspiration!
