Liz Hedrich is a passionate health enthusiast. In 2008, she graduated with her bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. Shortly after graduating she moved to Pensacola to pursue her career in corporate fitness working at both Navy Federal Credit Union and Gulf Power. After about a 1 year in corporate fitness she received an opportunity to go back to school to get her Master’s degree while working as University of West Florida’s Group Fitness graduate assistant. Here she hired, trained, instructed the ACE Group Fitness course, as well as played a key role in inspiring others to commit to a life of wellness and happiness. She frequents the motto, “nothing is impossible”, and “life beings at the end of your comfort zone.” In an effort to demonstrate what she believes she got involved in the Triathlon community where she was inspired to attempt her first Ironman 70.3 in May 2016. Crossing that finish line was one of the most rewarding feelings. She is excited for the opportunity to partner with Gulf Coast Cycle and Tri during the winter season to led a serious of indoor trainer rides that will help keep our cycling/triathlon community fit and safe during this season. Come and join on us for a good sweaty time.
