In Gathering (2021 premiere), 12 performance artists from across the country host audiences in a series of brief, intimate virtual encounters that bring participants into action and interaction. Responding to sensations of isolation in quarantine, Gathering is an attempt to reimagine the performing arts. In small groups, participants are invited into the homes of seasoned artists where together they will witness, breathe, move, reflect and collaborate in real time.
