Garden club members and gardening enthusiasts gather in Tulsa for Oklahoma Garden Clubs' annual convention with workshops and excursions.
About this event
Join Oklahoma's garden club members, plus gardening and floral design enthusiastis in the annual convention of Oklahoma Garden Clubs, Inc. (OGC). For 100 years, OGC has advanced the art and science of growing plants, designing with plant materials, landscape design, civic beautification, and conservation of natural resources. Through cooperation with other agencies and Oklahoma's garden clubs, OGC furthers interest of conservation, civic beautification, environmental concerns in order to strengthen relationships by association, conference, and correspondence.
"Gathering in T-Town" features special guests, creative demonstrations, workshops and business meetings in the Hilton Garden Inn Tulsa Midtown. Northeast District of OGC is Convention Host. Northeast Oklahoma garden clubs and Members will facilitate workshops and demonstrations, plus serve as hostesses, and decorate Convention spaces, head tables and dining tables with unique and creative floral designs.
Registrants, also, may enjoy +local excursions (based on 25-passenger bus) for nominal fees to cover travel and entry fees for guided tours. #gardeningeducation #gatheringinttown2022
