Commercial growers will learn about research conducted by the College of Tropical Agriculture and Human Resources (CTAHR) Cooperative Extension to support a new industry for Hawai‘i.
This workshop will cover:
- Basics of garlic production in Hawai‘i
- Results of multi-county garlic field trials
- Value-added product development
