GARDENS of NOTE 2019

A self-conducted tour of six notable gardens in Reston.

Saturday, June 1 ● 10 am–4 pm Garden Tours ● 4–6 pm Garden Party hosted by Hidden Lane Residential Landscapes

Enjoy the sights and sounds of notable gardens in Reston on your self-conducted tour. Take a few hours or a full day for this 3rd annual self-conducted tour, featuring pop-up musical performances plus a Garden Party at Hidden Lane Residential Landscapes, all included in the ticket price. See inspiring landscapes at private residential gardens, expansive ponds, productive garden plots and beehives where beekeepers are scheduled to speak throughout the day. All locations are provided with tour tickets – choose your first stop and exchange your ticket for the program guide that contains the tour map and garden information.

Tickets are $22 for early birds ($25 on tour day) – tickets can be purchased online (fees added) or in person at Mayflowers, Chesapeake Chocolates, The Wine Cabinet at North Point, and Reston Farm Market on Baron Cameron Avenue. This fun and edifying event is presented by The Reston Chorale, which receives all proceeds. www.restonchorale.org

Following the Gardens of Note tour from 10 am to 4 pm, we invite ticket holders to join us for the Hidden Lane Garden Party, from 4 to 6 pm. Enjoy performances by members and friends of The Reston Chorale, light refreshments, guided property tours, insights from landscape designers, prizes and sales of the Perennial of the Year, Stachys monieri ‘Hummelo’ with all proceeds donated directly to The Reston Chorale.

THE RESTON CHORALE

Gardens of Note, in cooperation with Hidden Lane Residential Landscapes, is a charitable event benefitting The Reston Chorale, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. Proceeds from all sponsorships and sales of tickets and Stachys ‘Hummelo’ plants support The Reston Chorale.
