About this event
Are you tired of cooking the same meals? Do you need ideas to spice up your cuisine? Maybe you just need help finding quality herbs? If any of these questions apply to you, or if you’re interested in learning more cooking or gardening techniques, then N.C. Cooperative Currituck County Center has the class for you! Starting on Aug. 9th 2021, we will be offering an online, on-demand gardening and cooking with herbs class. We’ll have videos and research-based resources to help you start your own herb garden, and then learn to cook with it. We’ll cover herbs 101, how to make a mason jar herb garden, and then learn how to utilize herbs in drinks, desserts, and salads.
To get access to this material register today. Class content will go live on the event site on August 9th. After registering, you will have until September 6th to view the course material, so don’t delay! For those who complete the course materials and the evaluation, we will be doing a drawing for a complete herb garden kit. You are not going to want to miss it!
If you have questions about the material or need help signing up contact Adam Formella via phone 252-232-2261 or via email at adam_formella@ncsu.edu.
