Garden to Glass Cocktail Workshop with Emily Han

Be the star of your summer parties! Join Emily Han, author of Wild Drinks & Cocktails: Handcrafted Squashes, Shrubs, Switchels, Tonics, and Infusions to Mix at Home, as you learn how to make delicious and creative cocktails using local and healthful herbs, flowers, and fruits from your backyard and farmers’ market. Through hands-on activities, demonstrations, and tastings, you’ll learn techniques for crafting seasonal syrups, infusions, mocktails, and cocktails. Followed by a book signing.
Participants must be 21+ with a valid ID. The cocktail workshop will include four pupu items from Morning Glass Coffee and Holoholo Farms and lessons on how to make four cocktails. Liquors, fresh fruit and herbs, homemade syrups, bar tools, garnishes, and other supplies/materials will be included.
