An illustrated talk by Diana Chapin of The Heirloom Garden of Maine on how gardening has changed over the course of American history. Her slides depict popular landscape design techniques of the Colonial and Victorian Eras and will help anyone with an old home or an interest in heirloom gardening to develop their landscape using traditional design techniques At PMM’s Stephen Phillips Memorial Library, 11 Church Street, Searsport.
