Description
Gapers Block's 2nd annual BBQ Bowl barbecue rib competition takes place from noon to 3pm at Lincoln Hall, 2424 N. Lincoln Ave. Come sample ribs by some of the city's top barbecue joints and vote on your favorite for the "People's Pick." Our special guest judges will also select their "Critic's Choice" award winner. Your $20 admission gets you samples from all the competitors, plus live music by Marko Casso. There will also be drink specials and a raffle.
Last year Honky Tonk Barbecue and Mrs. Murphy & Sons Irish Bistro won top honors. Who will it be this year? Only one way to find out.
