The 2018 theme, “Empowering Generational Excellence”, has been selected to further advance our social action agenda and commitment to being an
example of the higher type of manhood. By leveraging the four generations of experiential life lessons, within our fraternal brotherhood, we believe we have established a master mentorship template. Importantly, this template ensures that the students we are guiding remain disciplined while becoming principal practitioners of the competencies we are teaching which will enable them to achieve success. As result of this transformational process we have faith that these young talents will return as leaders ready to inherit our seats, and advance this generational empowerment agenda on behalf of those coming after them.

Attended annually by a ‘who’s who’ of professionals, business and community leaders and public officials, this popular semi-formal luncheon presents an extraordinary opportunity to acknowledge the accomplishments of graduating underrepresented and minority high school seniors. By way of the generosity from our community of support, we will also award scholarships to students who have participated in, and successfully completed the Gamma Zeta Boulé Foundation’s award-winning (Pasadena, California-based) L.A.M.P. Mentor Program curriculum, and simultaneously underwrite Gamma Zeta Boulé Foundation’s three pillar agenda of Communication-Engagement-Giving.

We hope to be blessed by your presence and fellowship on Sunday, June 3rd.

Sincerely,

Ramsey Jay, Jr.
President

Gamma Zeta Boule Foundation (GZBF)

Founded in 1998, the Gamma Zeta Boulé Foundation (GZBF), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Pasadena, California, is a “social action” partner of Sigma Pi Phi Fraternity, Inc.'s Gamma Zeta (Member) Boulé.

The GZBF’s signature initiative is the award-winning, high school-aged male, LAMP Mentor Program, which focuses on developing the skills of leadership, achievement, management and professionalism in students from underrepresented and minority communities, in particular African-Americans. Students who participate in and successfully complete the program’s curriculum are eligible to receive scholarships to help offset the cost of undergraduate tuition, fees and books.

The program is primarily funded by generous donations made by a ‘who’s who’ of professionals, business and community leaders and public officials, many of whom attend and participate in the GZBF’s LAMP Mentor Program Annual Scholarship Luncheon.
