Join us as we move into our 8th Year!
GamerCon is San Diego's Gaming Convention for Gamers by Gamers! GamerCon aims to bring gamers, geeks, cosplayers, and pop culture fans together to celebrate all things gaming. This year GamerCon is shifting our dates to July 5th - 9th!
More Information will be available over the next few weeks!
GamerCon's tickets have moved to a tiered system; remember to get your tickets early to save a few bucks!
Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
Unsupervised children under the age of 12 will not be admitted. The Slobbering Troll beer garden at The Tenth is 21+, you will be required to show ID at the entrance, and bartenders will serve at their discretion. GamerCon showcases live art, plays and short movies, some of which might have adult language, themes, or suggestive material. Parents are encouraged to attend children under 16 years of age, and use their own discretion. Children under 6 years of age may attend the event for free, but must be accompanied by a legal guardian who has purchased a ticket.
There is no babysitting available on site, see Gamer's Code.
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
GamerCon is held at the Tenth Avenue Arts Center in San Diego, there are several paid parking lots within a few blocks and there are several parking metered spaces. We are also within a 3 block walk of the Trolley Station.
What can I bring into the event?
Headphones, Keyboards, Mice, Mouse Pad, Custom Controllers, and other peripheral devices are encouraged for Gamers who want to compete in our Video Gaming events (we do provide standard mouse/keyboard and controllers). War Gaming Armies, Custom Trading Card Game decks, role playing dice and miniatures are also encouraged.
