About this event
With the pandemic, we couldn't make the Game UX Summit 2020 (hosted by Bungie) happen. As we're still figuring out when we can resume in-person events, I (Celia Hodent) wanted to propose a relaxed day of talks, panels, and sharing around game UX. I also wanted it to be the occasion for students and young professionals to ask questions and receive guidance (there are several sessions throughout the day dedicated to answering your questions).
See the final program below. Twitter: use #GameUXsummit and @GameUX_Summit
Code of conduct. All attendees and speakers must read & respect the code of conduct: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1M6MAIv5Vd5bBbMaTrNwu9TX03Uyp5EwpKOB__LcRjSs/edit?usp=sharing
The $5 fee will be used for close captioning work. Any remaining money will be donated to a gamedev charity. If you cannot afford to financially participate in this effort, you can use the discount code FREEpls. The number of free tickets being limited, these are exclusively reserved for folks who cannot otherwise afford the participation fee.
This event is ENTIRELY powered by volunteers. I would like to extend my warmest thanks to all the speakers and event helpers for being so generous with their time. I hope that you'll all have a wonderful day of sharing!
