Game Day the Healthy Way with Emily Weeks, RDN
It’s easy to fumble healthy eating habits during parties and special events. This year, ditch the deep-fried snacks and juke the junk food during the big game. Emily Weeks, RDN, will showcase three easy and healthy recipes that will help you score an extra point with your game-day guests.
Emily will demonstrate how to make:
- Herbed Cream Cheese Turkey Rolls
- Dill Pickle Veggie Dip
- Southwestern Macaroni Salad
Samples will be provided and fun giveaways will be available throughout event! Every attendee will receive a complimentary Sprouts reusable shopping bag and a Sprouts Brand product.
