Menu by guest chef Paul Lang and Gallery 263 co-founder David Craft.

Enjoy a seasonal cocktail crafted by Kate Merrill, followed by a three-course vegetarian meal accompanied by wine*. Chef Paul Lang and David Craft will introduce each plate and its foraged components. The evening will conclude with delectable desserts artfully made by Katy Chen.

About the Event:

The Harvest Banquet fundraiser is inspired by the Annual Foraged Banquet, which occurs in the spring at Gallery 263. This year's Harvest Banquet will feature local autumnal flavors and a true foraged delicacy—wild mushrooms collected by Gallery 263 co-founder and foraging expert David Craft.

Foraged Banquets at Gallery 263 are completely home-cooked and served in true grassroots spirit; our board, staff, interns, friends, and neighbors transform the gallery into a dining room for the night, and lend a hand to our guest chef. We work together to bring you fresh, delicious, and beautiful dishes, and we love sharing the stories and inspiration behind your meal with you.

Not only is this evening a delicious feast, but it also offers a way to contribute to Gallery 263 and its special role in the Cambridge arts community. Proceeds from this event go toward continued programming at Gallery 263. As a small nonprofit organization, we rely on your help to continue our mission. We hope that you will support Gallery 263 and join us at this cozy, personalized, and welcoming event!

About Our Culinary Artists:

Guest Chef, Paul Lang

We are pleased to welcome back guest chef Paul Lang. Paul has more than twenty-five years of experience in the food and wine industry. He has worked as a chef for the Capezzana Estate in Tuscany; served as a wine director for some of New York City's best restaurants; and owned and operated A Casa, a wine and food events company recognized in Food and Wine, The New York Times, and many other publications. Paul is now a senior manager for the food tech company Toast. He always loves working with Gallery 263 (and his oldest friend Dave) at the Harvest and Foraged Banquets!

Gallery 263 Co-Founder, David Craft

David Craft, a wild foods enthusiast and author of the book Urban Foraging, infuses our banquets with hand-collected greens, nuts, roots, mushrooms, and fruits. David is also a teacher of foraging, and often instructs through Brookline Adult & Community Education.
