In conjunction with the exhibition, Failsafe, Gallery 114 presents Shapeshifters: A Guided Meditation by Hannah Newman.

Both a space for day dreams and data storage, clouds have always captured the human imagination. Join artist Hannah Newman for an afternoon watching the clouds, as we embark on an audio tour of the waves of data in the sky.

Shapeshifters: A Guided Meditation is a 20 minute audio piece that we will experience communally online. The meditation is best experienced while watching clouds through a window, while lying on a blanket outdoors, or watching a nature video of the sky. During the meditation portion of our time together, a video of clouds will play on screen, but you are encouraged to engage with the sky in whatever way feels most comfortable.

The audio meditation will be followed by a Q + A session with the artist.
