Description

Chef Cindie Feldman is passionate about food. On November 23rd 2016, Chef Cindie competed on Food Network’s “Cooks vs Cons” and won! Her maraschino cherries in a barbecue chicken dish wowed the judges and she took home $10,000 to put back into the business. She runs a successful private cooking school and catering business in Emmaus called 29 Cooks.

We are delighted to have Chef Cindie provide a cooking demo on preparing a galette two ways: roasted chicken pot pie galette and apple streusel galette with an apple pie spritzer.

Register before 9/29/17. Class size is limited. Fees include all food, supplies and services charges. A portion of the fee supports Health Starts in the Kitchen mission to reach underserved populations in our community.
