Grab your besties and let's celebrate a day of being GIRLS! The Core Community is collaborating with Pure Barre to bring you and your gals a morning FILLED with Self love and of course, FUN!

The Core Community is all about putting your mental health first + moving your body + connecting to yourself and those around you + women empowerment. This is an event you're not going to want to miss out on!

We will be doing a total body barre workout that will be 50 minutes long, this is a workout doable for all levels of fitness. We want to welcome first-timers! Step outside your comfort zone and try something new with us! One of the best parts about The Core Community events is, we are all in this together! I promise your won't be alone if this is your first barre class!

After the workout we will enjoy mimosa's, you will build your own mimosa at our mimosa bar! We will have sweet treats, a plethora of amazing female-owned businesses to shop with and enjoy samples from! Plus connect with your girls and have a fun time!
