Gaia Girls- Tween/teen girls sports at the park

A weekly get together for girls (aged 9-16) to get active and have fun in a no-pressure setting. Emphasis on it being a relaxed and just for fun get-together. All skills welcome. Sportsmanship/respectful play is a must.

Pick-up style so you don't have to commit to come weekly (but obviously, we'd love to see you each week)

Come to get active and connect with other girls.

What to bring: Comfortable clothing, a hat (it's a sunny park) and a water bottle.

Schedule:

Ist Friday: Kickball (Ramac Park)

2nd Friday: Soccer (Ramac Park)

3rd Friday: HIIT (Ramac Park)

4th Friday: Half-court Basketball (Ramac Park)

5th Friday: Yoga (dont forget your yoga mat) (Ramac Park)
