Description

Essential EOC Action Planning (G-626E): This course focuses on the EOC organizational structure as it relates to EOC Action Planning. Each EOC Section (Mgt, Operations, Plans & Intel, Logistics, and Finance and Admin) will be discussed and illustrate each of the sections roles in the development of an EOC Action Plan. Components of the Planning P will be presented to include each step of the planning process.


Course Length: 8 hours


Prerequisites:*
FEMA Student Identification System (FEMA SID)
IS-100: Introduction to the Incident Command System
G-606: An Introduction to the Standardized Emergency Management (SEMS)

Recommended Courses:
IS-200: ICS for Single Resources and Initial Action Incidents
IS-701: NIMS Multiagency Coordination System (MACS)

*Completion of a SEMS/NIMS/ICS Combined Course will fulfill requirements for IS-100.C, IS-200.B, and G-606.
