Description

The Missouri Arts Council, the State agency supporting the arts for all Missourians, seeks eligible organizations (Missouri-based, non-profit) that are looking for funding for arts projects but are not familiar with our application process. Join us for our annual grant information workshops. Each free two-hour workshop covers essential information on our grants, both Annual and Express (except for Arts Education); the application and panel processes; preparing support materials; and strategically addressing narrative questions. If you have never applied for our funding, or seek to improve your grant application, this free workshop is for you! (Note: our grants fund only organizations, not individuals.) Come and meet Missouri Arts Council staff, including Assistant Director Kathleen Morrissey and Program Specialist Jill Tutt. Connect with your local arts and arts advocacy communities and learn about Missouri Citizens for the Arts. This is your opportunity to find resources and services with a personal touch! The workshop begins at 10 a.m. Bring business cards and brochures to share if you have them and join your colleagues at 9:30 a.m. to network. RSVP preferred, but not required.
