Event description

Description

The Missouri Arts Council (MAC), a State Arts Agency, seeks eligible organizations (Missouri-based, 501 (c) 3) looking for funding for arts projects, who are not familiar with the MAC application process. Join us for the annual grant information workshops. The two-hour workshop covers essential information on MAC grants, both Annual and Express (excluding Arts Education), the application and panel processes, preparing support materials and how to strategically address narrative questions. If you have never applied for MAC funding, or seek to improve your grant application, this free workshop is for you! MAC grants fund only organizations, not individuals. Come and meet MAC staff. Connect with your local arts and arts advocacy communities and learn about the Missouri Citizens for the Arts (MCA). This is your opportunity to find resources and services with a personal touch! Workshop begins at 10 am. Bring business cards and brochures to share with others if you have them and join your colleagues at 9:30 am to network. RSVP preferred, but not required.
