Mr Mike Ong – CFD Dealer, Phillip Securities Pte Ltd

 

Mike is a member of the Phillip CFD team that pioneers CFDs trading in Singapore. He is currently the chief editor of the HQ education series and he aims to equip clients with the relevant tools & useful skillsets to make better investing and trading decisions.

 

He feels that CFDs might be suitable for both long-term investors and short-term traders. Long-term investors can make use of CFDs to hedge their portfolio against volatility. For short-term traders, they can utilize CFDs to capture the market swings. Other than trading strategies, he believes that trading discipline is essential to every trader.

Wei Ren specialises in Technical Analysis and has 9 years of experience in studying classic technical price action. He also studies and researches extensively on Elliott wave theory, Dow Theory and Supply & Demand strategies as he believes that history plays an important role in how the market performs in the future.
