It will bring together experts at the intersection of civic engagement, education, financial services, health, human and civil rights, and technology to discuss and advance equity-centered solutions to society's biggest challenges.

Do I have to bring my printed registration confirmation to the event?

Please bring your printed registration confirmation or have it available to show on your smart phone.

Can I update my registration information?

Yes, you can update your conference registration on line, using your Registration Confirmation and Order number, until April 19, 2017. For changes in Hotel Reservations, please contact FOWinfo@globalpolicysolutions.org.

What if I can no longer attend and I need to cancel?

Due to limited capacity of this Summit, we ask that you cancel your registration if your plans change and you are unable to attend. Please cancel no later then April 19th. You can cancel on Eventbrite using your Order number on your confirmation.

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

No, tickets must be in the name of the attendee.

Can I reserve a hotel room for this conference?

A group block has been reserved at the Washington Court Hotel, for April 26 & 27, at the rate of $299 per night plus 14.5% tax. The rate for April 28 will be Best Available per hotel availability. Guestrooms are not included in the conference fee, and there is limited availability. The deadline to request a hotel reservation is March 29, 2017, and you can indicate your interest when registering for the conference. You will receive a separate response regarding availablity after you register, and credit card will be required to guarantee your hotel reservation. You may cancel your hotel reservation at no charge 24 hours (1 day) prior to check in (3 PM). Cancellation after the deadline will result in a charge for one night's stay.
