Event description
Nashville is growing - fast. How do we ensure affordable living co-exists with hotels and tourism dollars?

About this Event

Nashville is growing - fast. In fact, Nashville grew faster than most large metro areas last year, increasing by 30,377 people to 1,930,961, at a rate of 1.6%. But what are we exchanging when we trade new for old, rezone neighborhoods for the sake of development, and appeal to tourists and new residents as well as the people who have lived here? As Nashville grows and changes, what can we do to ensure small businesses, affordable living and authentic culture co-exist with hotels and beneficial tourism dollars.
