Overview

The Creativity Squeeze: Is the Current Market Killing the Next Generation of Living?

Welcome to Future Living Network!

The Future Living Network believes that better building design and improved communication lead to the more effective development of places. With expertise in these two disciplines, architect David Minnis and communications consultant Sarah Park have come together to create a knowledge share and high-level networking opportunity for residential decision makers interested in exploring the trends that shape our environment.

Our Future Living Network is an exclusive community of senior people from across the residential sector who are making decisions about how we live - and will live - in the future.

A Space to Debate

We pride ourselves on the way we develop our topics. Each session is carefully shaped to explore the most relevant - sometimes political - sometimes creative - issues influencing our sector today. We’re not led by sponsorship; instead, we focus on conversations that challenge assumptions, spark ideas, and move the debate forward.

Our panels are designed to provoke debate.

We welcome differing opinions and lively discussion. Events are intentionally intimate, with around 60 guests, creating a rare opportunity for meaningful conversation. Over time, this format has generated a genuine network where people see familiar faces, build trust, and form lasting professional relationships.

Our events are genuine peer-to-peer, high-level networking opportunities for the sector’s decision makers and a platform for experts who shape how we develop, create and use buildings.
