The FUSION Resort is offering tickets for sale! Our Valentine's Dinner Under the Stars is by ticket ONLY. Non-ticketed public will NOT be allowed on our Rooftop Terrace.

We have two seatings only: 6:00PM - 7:30PM and 8:00PM - 9:30PM. This is a very intimate setting with limited capacity per seating. If you choose to arrive prior to your seating, a full cash bar will be available to you. Enjoy a cocktail before dinner! Complimentary champagne will also be available throughout the evening!

Appetizer: Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail with House Made Cocktail Sauce

Cheese Course: Boar's Head Double Cream Brie, House Smoked Duck Breast and Red Wine Fig Jam

Salad: Fresh Romaine, Diced Tomatoes, Sliced Red Onion and Shredded Cheddar Cheese served with House Made Honey Balsamic Dressing

Main Courses: House Smoked Herb Crusted Prime Rib Carving Station served with Au Jus and Horseradish Aioli, Confit Duck Leg and Thigh Quarters Topped with White Wine Apricot Glaze and Roasted Red Snapper Topped with Champagne Cream Sauce

Sides: Truffle Basmati Rice and Roasted Seasonal Vegetables
