Funk Parade is a street fair, afternoon parade and evening music festival in the U Street neighborhood on May 3, 2014. The events celebrate the spirit of funk that brings us all together; the vibrant musical history and present of U Street; and the birthday of Washington, D.C., which is turning 211.
