Murder Mystery Dinner Show Presented by The Garden Players

About this Event

The Notre Dame Hall is inviting you to travel with us as we take a step back in time to 1928 and join the mob sendoff about to take place for the late Vito "The Gut" Marzetti, who was gunned down last week in a gangland slaying.

The hall will be transformed into "Ruby's Place," a popular speakeasy where the grieving family is holding "services" for the Don. The family includes Joey "The Lump," Frankie "Marbles" and the proprietor of the club, Ruby "Fingers" Marzetti. And, of course, Lena, the "Gut’s" heartbroken widow. Or is she? Maybe she just wants to find the Godfather’s stash and needs her step-children (and the audience) to help figure out Vito’s last game. A G-man leads the way in discovering who murdered Vito (after his third helping of moo goo gai pan – he wasn’t called "The Gut" for nothing!) and the location of the cash.

You are encouraged to attend dressed in your favorite roaring 1920's style garb (optional). As you enter in the spirit of the occasion, you will become friends and family of the deceased Vito Marzetti who have come to pay their last respects. Your table will team up to search for clues to help find his murderer.

The shows involve a bit of audience participation and you can get involved as much as you like or just figure out this whodunnit. This is a lively and fun murder mystery that will keep you laughing and guessing all night long.
