Event Details

This introduction to the knowledge and skills necessary to develop and implement an organizational fundraising plan is taught by fundraising expert Dr. Laura Mannion. She will illustrate how to balance a variety of funding streams to ensure cash flow and avoid over-reliance on any one source, and will cover fundraising management skills including how to best involve staff and trustees.

Dr. Laura Mannion is a Certified Fundraising Executive who serves as Director of Development for the Franciscan Alliance Foundation. She has worked in senior roles at a variety of prestigious organizations include the American Cancer Society, the Weizmann Institute, and the University of London Institute of Cancer Research.

The Spertus Approach — Spertus Institute cultivates an atmosphere of lively discourse. We often hear from students and participants that their Spertus experiences are inspiring and transformative. That is by design, and it results in meaningful opportunities for personal and professional growth.
