The Lane Consulting Group works to build the capacity of nonprofits from start to finish - from securing your 501c3 tax-deductible status to securing grant funding. The owner, Derek Lane, is a strategic planner, grant-writer, and fundraising consultant for the North American Division's Philanthropic Services for Institutions and has helped launch over a dozen agencies and written or co-authored over $20 million in grants and resources for community and faith-based organizations. He has served as a volunteer, executive director, board member, and is also an ordained pastor. He understands the unique challenges of serving in both rural and urban settings.
