When & Where
I am a 16 year old soon-to-be Senior at Monte Vista High School in Danville, California. My passions are music, sports and FUNDaFIELD. I play four instruments and have been taking hours of music and voice lessons every week since elementary school. I have also played in the Mustang Soccer program since the first grade, and more recently I developed a passion for golf.
Later this summer, I will be traveling to Uganda through FUNDaFIELD for the third time. I cannot express the sheer joy I feel to be a part of this organization and to be fortunate enough to travel to the places that FUNDaFIELD affects every single day. My roles on these trips include performing music, teaching kids the importance of music in their everyday lives, teaching kids the importance of sports, and, of course, helping with the construction of soccer fields. Being a part of this charity has altered my life in a way that I never thought possible. Seeing the smiles of appreciation on the kids we are helping is more gratifying than words can describe. My work for FUNDaFIELD enables me to understand the importance of truly helping and caring for other people. I am very excited to see what this golf tournament can do to benefit FUNDaFIELD.
