This weeklong beauty bath will include:

community singing in the oral tradition - just for the joy of it

vocal expansion using Barbara's Five Elements Framework

group vocal improvisation

exploring great poetry and making some of our own

lots of movement, play, and ceremony.

In between our class time, you'll have plenty of free time to rest in the hammocks, walk the beach, read a book, play in the waves, loll in the pool, and explore the beauty of this sacred place.

You'll book your own room directly with our hosts at Mar de Jade - 800.257.0532 or www.mardejade.com. All of the rooms are lovely and range in price from $150 per night (double occupancy) to $310 per night (single occupancy). There are a few rooms that can accommodate three people which lowers these prices a bit.

This rate includes all meals (glorious, healthy food!), daily yoga and meditation, and use of all the facilities at the center. Spa treatments, bar drinks, and excursions are extra. Excursions include whale watching, an outing to the local market day, a hike to view ancient petroglyphs, etc.

Barbara's teaching fee is $700 for the week. Book before November 1, 2020 to save $100.

Book your Puerta Vallarta flight to arrive the afternoon of March 13 and depart the afternoon of March 20.

Our friends at Mar de Jade will arrange transport from the airport. The cost will be for that will range from $25 to $75 plus tip, depending on how many people are in your van.
