Full moon energy is a time of heightened energy, activity, and emotions. Slow down + join Meghan Kavanagh for an evening centered around gratitude + reflection. This class will include yummy yin postures coupled with meditation. A full moon is the perfect time to give thanks and gracefully acknowledge the beauty of this life and all you have brought into being.
About Meghan:
Meghan is a student of Breath. The evolution of her yoga practice led her to attend an immersion teacher training in Costa Rica. It is her aim to offer a space for people to nourish their life force. Meghan’s classes are curated to present gentle movement while allowing opportunity for expansion. Quality of breath is quality of life!
