Find a comfortable and quiet space where you won’t be disturbed ~ Bring a journal and something to write with ~ Have some water, tea, tissues, a pillow, a blanket nearby ~ Take some time before we meet to take some deep breaths and calm and center yourself

What can I expect in this circle?

a judgment free container ~ meaning everyone holds space and respects & honors everyone's journey ~ no comments, coaching, advice, opinions, etc. will be given ~ this is a share space only ~ This is a sacred space where anything and everything you want/need to share is welcome

What do I need to know?

All emotions are welcome ~ you are welcome to plan ahead of time what you wish to share ~ you are welcome to open up and see what comes out when it's your turn to share ~ be patient with yourself, don't stress about doing it right or wrong, try to let go and enjoy the ride ~ this is time for you
